Jordan Brand has officially announced the Jordan XX8 shoe , which is considered a new groundbreaking shoe that will change the shoe game. The Jordan XX8 is the “most tested and lightest Air Jordan ever” and also consists of the new Jordan Flight Plate.

The Jordan Flight Plate is “a Pebax® moderator plate that maximizes the responsiveness of the Nike Zoom units through compression and deflection for optimal performance by essentially unlocking the airbags in the forefoot and heel, unleashing the power of the Zoom bags.“ According to reports, this groundbreaking design is not only a new funky shoe but a great shoe to play basketball in. Today Nike announced that the Jordan XX8 will be making its first appearance on Russell Westbrook of the Oklahoma City Thunder as they play the Brooklyn Nets.

Personally I am unsure of how I feel about this shoe as of now but if they are as good as they claim to be for playing basketball, these will definitely be a pick up of mine! Stay tuned for any more information we get about this funky new shoe.
